    3. Return & Enjoy: Box the phone back up in its original packaging and drop it off with the prepaid return shipping label within 3 days after your event. Once returned, we send you all digital recordings!

  • Your rental phone will arrive 5 to 7 days before your scheduled event date to give you plenty of time to unpack and test it without stress.

  • Repack the phone and accessories into the original shipping box, apply the provided prepaid return shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier within 3 days after your event.

  • No! The phone runs off an included portable battery pack and requires zero Wi-Fi or cellular connection. You can place it anywhere—indoors, outdoors, or at an isolated setup table.

  • You’ll record your greeting prior to your event date according to the instructions we provide, and we will pre-load it onto your phone before shipping so it’s ready right out of the box.

  • Once we receive the returned phone, we compile and convert all your recordings into individual downloadable digital MP4 video files so you can easily listen, save, and share them.
